To really benefit from any sort of physical training you really need to take part 3 times a week ideally. A mixture of cardio and resistance training is a must.

2. Up to 50% off other Nordic walking activities not local or over 2 hours in duration.
3. Discount on non-nordic walking courses and activities. (Such as yoga).
4. One walk FREE per participating instructor throughout UK (so if you are going on holiday you can book with a local instructor and get a free walk – 6 month trial currently) – subject to review).
5. 50% off Ski Fit and Fit For Life Progressive Fitness Courses.
THIS OFFER WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UP TO THE END OF MAY 2017 and gives you access to 100s of walks either included or at a discounted rate. After that you will not be able to join as a monthly member until we decide to do the promotion again.
The price for this is £39.50 paid monthly by DD.
LOOK how much you can benefit in local walks alone (discounts on other walks and activities such at Fit For Life Courses etc will save you even more):
X 2 walks a week = £4.93 per walk
X 3 walks a week = £3.29 per walk
On a fit for life course you would save £30.
On the hill course you would save £30.
So if any current non monthly member clients are booked on a fit for life course you could take up this option. Remove yourself from the activity and book back on again at the reduced rate. A no brainer really.

I absolutely LOVE this activity, if, like me, you can’t bear being in gyms listening to grunting beefcakes and ghastly music, and love spending time outdoors getting oodles of fresh air, then give this a go. Within 4 weeks I feel noticeably stronger and faster and I’m aiming to be able to walk AND talk rather than gasping my last eventually. I can also see glimmers of a svelte silhouette in the distance too having lost a dress size already (and that’s despite my daughter treating me to a cream tea this week!)
