What a great way to exercise. Over the last few years I have had serious knee injuries, (broken knee cap, ruptured patella tendon) needless to say I was restricted as to forms of exercise. I recently started the fit for life course, which beats going to a gym any day of the week.
Ian is a great instructor, who makes the sessions fun, without the competitive element.
I would recommend everyone to give it a go, sociable, fun and in the fresh air, what more can you ask for?
